The Resume People are a professional resume writing company based out of New York City and we are currently expanding. Looking to recruit experienced professional resume writers. This is a work from home, part time position. We typically assign our writers 2 customers/projects per day, ensuing ample time for a professional personal service.
What you will do on a daily basis:
• You will be assigned up to 14 projects per week. A project consists of a resume, a cover letter, a CV, a LinkedIn profile or a combination of these.
• The first stage is to call your customer to introduce yourself as their assigned writer. You will discuss their career and aspirations for the new document they have ordered.
• Once you have called you will get to work on drafting their resume. Using your writing skills and experience, you will create a first draft within 24 hours of the project being assigned.
• Once the first draft is submitted you will follow up with the client to see if any revisions are required. This is a consultative process that may take multiple drafts to your client.
• Once the client is happy with a finished version you will send and editable word version and seek an online review (a bonus is payable on 5* reviews).
