We’re looking for someone to help create technical content for system administrators. This writer will report to the Documentation Team Manager and work cooperatively with the Documentation team to produce task-based, user-facing help content tailored to both administrators and users of varying skill levels.

- Collaborate with the Support and Documentation teams, as well as the Enterprise Product Manager, on planning, prioritizing, and developing content for people of varying skill levels tasked with administering Enterprise.
- Cooperatively review and edit drafts of user assistance content with other writers on the team.
- Communicate with Support, Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams about the user feedback, product changes, and technical product information that inform our documentation.
- Convey specific technical details in a clear and succinct format.
