SmartBrief (est. 1999), a leading publisher of 200 niche eNewsletters for business professionals and senior executives, is hiring a part-time Freelance Copy Editor to edit its portfolio of online business and consumer news publications.
This position is ideal for a copy editor who can edit content according to AP style, properly fix grammar, spelling, and style mistakes, and meet tight deadlines.
Required Skills and Experience:
- At least three years of professional experience as a copy editor, journalist, or relevant writing and editing skills.
- Knowledge of AP style.
- Edit efficiently, professionally and accurately on deadline.
- Confident in using online publishing tools.
- Sound interpersonal and communication skills.
Candidate can work remotely from home.
