Key responsibilities include writing, editing and proofreading. In addition, contribute to various marketing projects and initiatives.
- Write, edit and proofread copy for articles, public relations and other copy both independently and in collaboration with senior leadership,
- Develop compelling story ideas that effectively promote our Clients value proposition to prospects, customers and business partners.
- Produce multiple copy iterations in response to direction/input from team members and leaders
- Manage drafts through the final edit and approval process.
- Ensure that internal and external communications are consistent with all Clients’ brand and value proposition messaging guidelines.
- Organize and maintain all content for print and online materials.
Do deep dive brand immersions on all Clients, reading through all information shared by the Clients – including but not limited to – historical, website, brand guidelines, previous press, marketing materials, etc. Track industry communications – such as legal regulations, breaking news, etc. to ensure alignment with all Client communications.
- Assist with copy, messaging, and positioning statements for conferences and events.
