The ideal candidate will have the ability to write compelling, concise, informative, and customer focused material. The copywriter will be the chief storyteller and content author, accountable for a range of communications that will support business objectives, writing in various tones, and providing consistent messaging in all communications. You will work with key stakeholders to develop content aimed at brand building, lead generation and developing customer loyalty through various channels, mostly online/web, social, and print.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITY AREAS :
- Develop creative concepts and writes copy for all marketing vehicles including web/digital and print content (promotional material, press releases, direct mail, website copy, blogs, video/tutorial scripts, email marketing, social marketing, print advertising) and various sales support materials, as well as channel/customer experience content such as training guides, data sheets, use cases, personas, support and FAQ;
- Write ad-hoc special projects as required;
- Review, edit and adapt existing content from various sources (print, online, etc.)
