Missouri Conservation Heritage Foundation is looking for motivated and aggressive contract freelance grant writer(s) to work on conservation issues with fish, forest, wildlife, youth, veterans, and endangered/species of concern.
The individual(s) selected will identify, define and develop funding sources to support existing strategic emphasis areas as well as coordinate the development, writing, and submission of grants to national, state and local foundations and corporations with an interest in conservation.
The qualified candidate(s) will have a proven track record in securing grants, especially in Missouri and understand the funding landscapes at the federal, state and local areas and within foundations, and corporations in Missouri.
This position(s) is geographically flexible and independent and can reside anywhere in the State of Missouri. Periodic travel to the foundation office will be necessary for strategic planning purposes.
