PERSONAL ESSAYS: first-person real-life narratives on any parenting topic or parenting experience. Length: 400-500 words.
PRACTICAL ARTICLES: concentrate on an engaging problem or issue in parenting, and then provide a practical, action-based solution or helpful advice or resources. Length: 400-600 words.
FEATURE ARTICLES: open to a variety of essential parenting issues, including topics on childcare, education and learning, teenage life, parenthood, family vacation, children’s products, etc. These articles need quotes from parenting experts, while infusing the voices of local families. Length: 800-1200 words.
Payment: $25-$50 for short pieces; $100 and higher for feature stories.
