The Individual Division of Crafted HR specializes in personally crafted resumes, cover letters LinkedIn profiles, follow up communications, career coaching and interview preparation.
The role of Resume Writer is responsible for client intake, crafting and delivering high quality products & services for our clients.
NOTE: This is a freelance role requiring a minimum availability of 5-15 hours per week with the ability to work remotely.
- Conduct scheduled intake calls with clients and discuss timeline, quality, process/revisions, and communications.
- Write and deliver documents using Crafted HR’s design templates and style guide. Includes resumes, cover letters, LinkedIn profiles, follow up communications, and other tools.
- Respond to client inquiries in a timely manner.
- Maintain client information and track all correspondence, product deliveries, and feedback.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on current trends related to hiring, job search, personal branding, resumes.
- Provide clients with recommendations and job search best practices to ensure optimal success.
- Encourage repeat and referral business through excellence in customer service.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Participate in and provide updates during bi-weekly conference calls.
